Section 21B(2)

This paragraph applies where— the caller is an authorised person or a person who is the trustee or manager of an occupational pension scheme or a personal pension scheme; and the called line is that of an individual who has previously notified the caller that for the time being the individual consents to such calls being made by the caller on that line.
