Section 32B(6)

The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 · United Kingdom

The Commissioner must revoke the accreditation of a body under this regulation if the Commissioner considers that the body— no longer meets the requirements for accreditation, or has failed, or is failing, to comply with paragraph (4) or (5).
