Section 6A(3)

The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 · United Kingdom

Before making regulations under paragraph (1), the Secretary of State must consult— the Information Commissioner, and such other persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
