Section 5(2)

The requirement in paragraph (1) only applies in respect of products sold from bulk or required by or under Part IV of the Weights and Measures Act 1985(3), regulation 5, 6 or 7 of the Weights and Measures (Packaged Goods) Regulations 2006(4), or article 9 of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers to be: marked with an indication of quantity; or made up in a quantity prescribed by or under that Act or those Regulations.
