Section 10(4)

The Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 · United Kingdom

Before giving a direction under paragraph (3) the Secretary of State shall— take into account the criteria specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and consult the consultation bodies.
