Section 5(5)

The Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 · United Kingdom

Nothing in paragraph (1) or (4) requires the carrying out of an environmental assessment for— a plan or programme the sole purpose of which is to serve national defence or civil emergency; an environmental delivery plan, within the meaning of Part 3 of the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025; a financial or budget plan or programme; or a plan or programme co-financed under— the 2000-2006 programming period for Council Regulation (EC) No. 1260/1999; or the 2000-2006 or 2000-2007 programming period for Council Regulation (EC) No. 1257/1999.
