Schedule 1, paragraph 8

In regulation 2— for “the 1992 Act” where it first occurs there is substituted “the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992”; for “Part XIII of the Insolvency Act 1986” there is substituted “Article 3 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989”; and for “section 178(3) of the 1992 Act” there is substituted “Article 39(2) of the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992”.
