Schedule 2, paragraph 10

In each of the following provisions of the Employment Rights Act 1996, for the words from “Regulations 10” to “Regulations 1981” there is substituted “regulations 9, 13 and 15 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006”— section 47(1)(a) and (1A); section 61(1)(a); section 103(1)(a) and (2).
