Schedule 2, paragraph 4(2)

In subsection (4)– for the words from the beginning to “Regulations 1981” there is substituted “The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006”, for the words from “an undertaking” to “those Regulations” there is substituted “an undertaking to whose transfer those Regulations apply”, and for the words from “a part” to “a business” there is substituted “a part of that undertaking to whose transfer those Regulations apply”.
