Section 15(10)

An employee may present a complaint to an employment tribunal on the ground that he is an employee of a description to which an order under paragraph (7) or (8) relates and that— in respect of an order under paragraph (7), the transferee has failed, wholly or in part, to pay him compensation in pursuance of the order; in respect of an order under paragraph (8), the transferor or transferee, as applicable, has failed, wholly or in part, to pay him compensation in pursuance of the order.
