Section 15(12)

An employment tribunal shall not consider a complaint under paragraph (1) or (10) unless it is presented to the tribunal before the end of the period of three months beginning with— or within such further period as the tribunal considers reasonable in a case where it is satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to be presented before the end of the period of three months. in respect of a complaint under paragraph (1), the date on which the relevant transfer is completed; or in respect of a complaint under paragraph (10), the date of the tribunal’s order under paragraph (7) or (8),
