The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 · United Kingdom

Subject to regulation 21, the 1981 Regulations are revoked. Section 33 of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 9 to, the Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Act 1993 are repealed. Schedule 2 (consequential amendments) shall have effect.
