Section 7(5)

The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 · United Kingdom

Paragraph (1) shall not apply in relation to the dismissal of any employee which was required by reason of the application of section 5 of the Aliens Restriction (Amendment) Act 1919 to his employment.
