Section 27C(5)

The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 · United Kingdom

In this regulation “relevant lease” in relation to Northern Ireland means— a private tenancy within the meaning of Article 3 of the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, or a lease under which accommodation is let as holiday accommodation.
