Section 27D(1)

The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 · United Kingdom

In this Part “product” does not include a service provided in the course of carrying on a regulated activity within the meaning of section 22 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, other than a service to which paragraph (2) applies.
