Section 27G(5)
The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 · United Kingdom
If the trader is able to return the goods to the consumer in the condition they were in when sold by the consumer— the consumer has a right to the return of the goods, and the consumer must repay to the trader the amount (if any) that the trader has paid for the goods.
