Section 27H

A consumer has the right to unwind in respect of a consumer payment for a product within regulation 2(1A) and (1B) if the consumer was not required to make all or part of the payment. Where paragraph (1) applies, the consumer has the right to receive back from the trader— the same amount of money as the consumer paid to the trader, or in a case where the consumer was required to make part of the payment, an amount equal to the part of the payment the consumer was not required to make.
