Section 27H(2)
The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 · United Kingdom
Where paragraph (1) applies, the consumer has the right to receive back from the trader— the same amount of money as the consumer paid to the trader, or in a case where the consumer was required to make part of the payment, an amount equal to the part of the payment the consumer was not required to make.
