Section 27I(6)

Paragraph (4) does not apply if— the amount payable for the product under the contract exceeds £5,000, the market price of the product, at the time that the consumer entered into the contract, is lower than the amount payable for it under the contract, and there is clear evidence of the difference between the market price of the product and the amount payable for it under the contract.
