Schedule 1, Part 2A, paragraph 11A(2)

A waste management plan to which this Part applies— is not required— to include a statement of the appropriate authority’s policies for attaining the objectives specified in paragraphs 1 and 2(3) of Part 1 of this Schedule; to include any of the matters set out in Part 2 of this Schedule; or to comply with regulation 8(2)(c) or (d); but must include— as they applied immediately before 1st October 2020. a statement of the appropriate authority’s policies for attaining the objectives specified in Part 1 of this Schedule; and the matters set out in Part 2 of this Schedule,
