Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 3

For regulation 3, substitute— A reference in these Regulations to— Annex III is a reference to Annex III (properties of waste which render it hazardous) to the Waste Directive, as that Annex is set out in Schedule 3; hazardous properties is a reference to the properties in Annex III.
