Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 9

In regulation 19— in paragraph (1), for “(2) and (3)”, substitute “ (2), (3) and (4) ”; in paragraph (3), omit “or a registered exemption”; after paragraph (3), insert— Paragraph (1) applies to the mixing of waste oil— only to the extent that the prohibition in that paragraph is technically feasible and economically viable; and only where such mixing would impede the treatment of the waste oil.
