Schedule 4, Part 1, paragraph 3(7)

In section 62A — in each of subsections (1)(b) and (2)(b), for “Council Directive 91/689/EEC”, substitute “ Directive 2008/98/EC ”; for subsection (3), substitute— In this section “the Hazardous Waste List” means the list of wastes established by Commission Decision 2000/532/EC.
