Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 29

In article 2(1) of the Renewables Obligation Order 2009 — in the definition of “hazardous waste”, for “Article 1(4) of the Hazardous Waste Directive”, substitute “ Article 3(2) of Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste ”; omit the definition of “Hazardous Waste Directive”.
