Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 9

The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991 are amended as follows. In regulation 1(2), omit all the definitions except “the 1989 Act” and “notice”. Omit regulation 1(3), regulations 2 to 18 and Schedule 1.
