Article 12 is to be read as if— in paragraph 4, “national or Community” were omitted; in paragraph 5, for the words from “Community” to “2000/60/EC” there were substituted “ assimilated law, in particular the EU-derived domestic legislation which transposed Directive 2000/60/EC in respect of England and Wales ”.
