Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 20

In the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 , in regulations 32 and 47, in the definitions of “e-money issuer” (in the modifications to the Companies Act 2006), after “a person” insert “ who is registered as an authorised electronic money institution or a small electronic money institution within the meaning of the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 or ”.
