Section 25(5)

In this regulation a person has close links with an authorised electronic money institution (“A”) if that person is— a parent undertaking of A; a subsidiary undertaking of A; a parent undertaking of a subsidiary undertaking of A; or a subsidiary undertaking of a parent undertaking of A.
