Section 4(1)

The Authority must maintain a register of— authorised electronic money institutions ... small electronic money institutions; persons who have notified the Authority in accordance with regulation 3A or 3B; agents of electronic money institutions required to be registered under regulation 34; and the National Savings Bank where it issues electronic money.
