Any requirement imposed by virtue of paragraph (5)— must not favour creditors in the United Kingdom over creditors in another EEA State; must be rescinded if the administrative or judicial authorities of the home EEA State take reorganisation measures under Article 3; must be rescinded if the appropriate regulator considers that the home state regulator has taken appropriate measures to ensure the firm remedies the contravention or averts the risk of contravention
