Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 23(6)

Where a regulator publishes information in accordance with subsections (2) to (5), the regulator must— publish the information on its official website; ensure the information remains on its official website for at least five years, unless the information is personal data and the Data Protection Act 1998 requires the information to be retained for a different period; and disclose to EBA any penalty imposed, any appeal against such a penalty and the outcome of the appeal, unless such a disclosure is not permitted by section 348.
