In section 55J(6A) (variation or cancellation on initiative of regulator) , in paragraph (c), for “Directive 2006/49/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on capital adequacy of investment firms and credit institutions” substitute “ the capital requirements regulation or the capital requirements directive ”.
