Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 34

In section 119 of the Building Societies Act 1986 (interpretation)— in subsection (1), for the definition of “own funds” substitute— “own funds” means own funds as defined in Article 4(1)(118) of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council; omit subsection (2B).
