Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 40(3)

In paragraph 6(1) of Schedule 6 (financial institution)— for paragraph (g) substitute— a European institution carrying on a home Member State regulated activity (within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council); in paragraph (h) for “that Directive” substitute “ Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, ”.
