Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 44(2)

In paragraph 5 (meaning of “credit institution” and “financial institution”)— in sub-paragraph (1), for “Article 4(1) of the banking consolidation directive” substitute “ Article 4(1)(1) of the capital requirements regulation ”; and in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “banking consolidation directive” substitute “ capital requirements directive ” in each place where it appears.
