Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 45(2)

In section 14(5)(b) (interpretation: “securities”) for the words from “section 1” to the end of that paragraph substitute “ Title 1 of Part 2 of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. ”
