Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph 57

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Gibraltar) Order 2001 is amended as follows. In article 2(2) (exercise of deemed passport rights by Gibraltar-based firms) for “banking consolidation directive” substitute “ capital requirements directive ”. In article 4(4) (exercise by UK firms of deemed passport rights in Gibraltar) for “Article 24 of the banking consolidation directive” substitute “ Article 34 of the capital requirements directive ”.
