In regulation 5(6) (reorganisation measures and winding-up proceedings in respect of EEA credit institutions effective in the United Kingdom) , in the definition of “relevant EEA state”, for “Article 6 of the banking consolidation directive” substitute “ Article 8 of the capital requirements directive ”.
