In regulation 3 (application of the Regulations) — in paragraph (2)(a) for “Article 4(1) of the banking consolidated directive” substitute “ Article 4(1)(1) of the capital requirements regulation ”; in paragraph (2)(b) for “Article 4(3) of that directive” substitute “ Article 4(1)(17) of that regulation ”; in paragraph (3) for “banking consolidated directive” substitute “ capital requirements directive ” in each place in which it appears.
