Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph 75(3)

In regulation 21— for paragraph (6)(a)(i) (safeguarding option 1) substitute— asset items falling into one of the categories set out in Article 336(1) of the capital requirements regulation, for which the specific risk capital charge is no higher than 1.6% but excluding other qualifying items as defined in Article 336(4); or in the definition of “authorised credit institution” in paragraph (7) for “Article 6 of the banking consolidated directive” substitute “ Article 8 of the capital requirements directive ”.
