In article 1(2) (interpretation) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Prescribed Financial Institutions) Order 2013 — in the definition of “credit institution” for “Article 4 of the banking consolidation directive” substitute “ Article 4(1)(1) of the capital requirements regulation ”; in the definition of “financial institution” for “banking consolidation directive” substitute “ capital requirements directive ”.
