Section 43(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), the PRA must publish a relevant notice in the way appearing to the PRA to be best calculated for bringing it to the attention of— persons likely to be affected by it; and persons who are, in the opinion of the PRA , likely to make an application for a similar permission.
