The Bank Recovery and Resolution (No. 2) Order 2014 · United Kingdom
A resolution plan must contain an analysis of the conditions under which the relevant institution may apply for the use of the Bank's facilities. The analysis must— take account of the different circumstances set out in the plan under which the institution may fail or be likely to fail; and identify the assets of the institution which would be expected to qualify as collateral for the use of the Bank's facilities.
