Schedule 3, Part 3, paragraph 10(8)

In regulation 29 (regulated markets) for paragraph (2) substitute— For the purposes of this regulation “regulated market” has the meaning given by point (21) of Article 4(1) of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments .
