Schedule 3, Part 3, Part 7, paragraph 44
In this Part— “EEA group company” means— the head office of which is in an EEA State other than the United Kingdom and which is not otherwise subject to these Regulations; and a financial institution as defined in point (26) of Article 4(1) of the capital requirements regulation, a parent undertaking as defined in point (15)(a) of Article 4(1) of the capital requirements regulation, or any other firm within the scope of Article 1(1) of the recovery and resolution directive, “UK group company” means— the head office of which is in the United Kingdom and which is not otherwise subject to these Regulations. a financial institution as defined in point (26) of Article 4(1) of the capital requirements regulation that is authorised by the PRA or FCA, a parent undertaking as defined in Article 4(1)(15)(a) of the capital requirements regulation, or any other firm within the scope of Article 1(1) of the recovery and resolution directive,
