Schedule 4, Part 1, paragraph 17

Section 337 (public companies and traded companies: notice of AGM) has effect as if— in subsection (1) the words “or a private company that is a traded company” were omitted; in subsection (2) the words “of a public company that is not a traded company” were omitted; subsection (3) were omitted; and in the heading the words “and traded companies” were omitted.
