Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 24(3)

This Part does not apply where the company in respect of which the compromise or arrangement is proposed— is being wound up; or is a company under resolution for the purposes of Part 17 of the Bank Recovery and Resolution (No. 2) Order 2014 .
