Schedule 4, Part 3, paragraph 35

Section 618 (sub-division or consolidation of shares) has effect— as if subsection (3) were omitted; and where the articles of a company under resolution would otherwise exclude or restrict the exercise of any power conferred by that section, as if that section provided that the exclusion or restriction does not have effect.
