Schedule A1, paragraph 1

In this Schedule— “entity” means, in relation to the drawing up of — a recovery plan for an institution, the institution; a group recovery plan for a relevant group, the group entities; except where provision is made to the contrary, “plan” means a recovery plan or a group recovery plan.
