Section 158(3)

Subject to paragraph (4), the Bank may make technical standards specifying— appropriate methodologies for the purposes of paragraph (2)(b)(i); principles for the purposes of paragraph (2)(b)(ii); or appropriate methodologies for the purposes of paragraph (2)(b)(iii).
